Where did the past month go?

Wow! My apologies for checking out of the online world for so long without an entry... Between Thanksgiving and then preparations for Early Decision committee, the past few weeks flew by.

I'm happy to say that we're prepared to mail our letters from Early Decision I! Based upon what we've seen to date, it proves to be another amazing and inspiring class at Kenyon. I and my colleagues are already excited at the prospect of welcoming the Class of 2013 to campus next August...and we still have several months of application reading, and two more rounds of decisions, to go.

Just so you know, we won't give out decisions over the phone. In extreme or unusual circumstances, we will fax a decision to a guidance counselor but, as a rule, we want our students to receive our decisions in writing and then have time to digest them--good or bad.

Many students have also frantically been contacting the office given the December 15th scholarship deadline. Please DON'T worry! We understand the time constraints you have in your daily lives, with end of term, athletics, clubs, the holidays, etc., etc., etc....
